YEAR 11 (HSC 2027) ENROLMENT FORM
 Thank you for choosing to enrol with HSC CoWorks in the Year 11 program starting in the week of February 9th 2026 (HSC 2027).
By enrolling prior to February 9th, you will secure our Early Bird discounted monthly pricing for your child’s entire enrolment.
We encourage you to complete the below enrolment form as soon as possible if you have a preferred session time as there are limited places in each session. If you cannot see your preferred session time please contact us.

Click the ‘Continue to Payment Details’ button to proceed to the online direct debit form which is used to charge your monthly fees on the 1st of each month. If starting part way through a month a pro-rata fee applies for the 1st month. You will be re-directed to our external payment service provider (Westpac) to register your preferred payment option. No withdrawals will take place until your child has started their enrolment.
Westpac processes each monthly payment on behalf of HSC CoWorks using the credit or debit cards which you provide. If using an AMEX card please note that a 2.5% surcharge applies. Visa/Mastercard and Direct Debit do not incur a surcharge. You can view Westpac’s Privacy Policy here.
