Creating Your Path – Atlassian

Dec 4, 2015

If you want to play a part in the fast paced high tech industry then a graduate roll at Atlassian is the place to be. This Australian company was set up by two UNSW students in 2001. The company is now valued at over $3.5 Billion dollars making the founders Scott Farquhar and Mike Cannon-Brookes are the pin up boys of the Australian Start Up / Entrepreneurial industry.

The company has 1200 employees with head quarters in Sydney, Atlassian also has offices in San Francisco, Austin, Amsterdam, Tokyo.

Their listing on GradConnect doesn’t mention what degrees are suitable for the graduate roles however I would imaging courses in Computer science, software engineering and human resources would be what they would be looking for. Check out their video below covering their core values.

If technology and computers are your thing then a graduate role at Atlassian would be the dream position post university.
